★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, NO COMPREN en INBIKE, yo le ordene 2 bicicletas al Distribuidor de nombre Jorge Romo, me pidió el 50% de pago por adelantado, nunca me entrego mi orden, no contesta los teléfonos, ni mensajes, solo con mentiras que ya me va a depositar mañana, y pasado mañana, y nada, me dice que ha tenido muchos problemas y que no crea que me va a robar, pero que ahorita no tiene dinero... me comunique con el corporativo TREK y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada, ya procedí legalmente contra el, lastima porque en realidad buenos productos, lastima de servicio y respaldo a sus clientes!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan cambiar muchas cosas entre ellas el trato al cliente, a veces parece que no quieren vender, y/o reparar, el dueño a veces llegas y está hasta de malas que solo te responde con un si o un no.... Muy mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dan 1 día de garantía de sus piezas, lleve mi bicicleta por cambio de piñón y la pieza que le pusieron me duró 100 metros y se volvió a barrer, la llevo nuevamente y "pusieron una pieza nueva" y me volvio a fallar a los 100 metros en una calle plana, y no quisieron hacer válida la garantía.
Terrible service, they give a 1-day warranty on their parts, I took my bike for a gear change and the part they put in lasted 100 meters and was swept again, I take it again and "they put a new part" and it failed me again at 100 meters on a flat street, and they did not want to make the warranty valid.
