★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden solo de 10:00 a 15:00 hrs de lunes a viernes. No contemplan a quienes venimos de lejos. Tienen retenidos mis documentos desde hace más de 2 años. No hay atención vía telefónica o por correo. La información la entregan solo de manera presencial (ya ni en su página de Facebook). Así que, si no te das una vuelta por la escuela de vez en cuando, no te enteras de nada.
They are only open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They do not contemplate those of us who come from afar. They have held my documents for more than 2 years. There is no telephone or mail service. The information is delivered only in person (not even on their Facebook page). So, if you don't take a walk around the school from time to time, you don't know anything.

lo que no es agradable de acudir a esa escuela es la soberbia y el mal trato de la mayoría de el personal administrativo. Para ser exigentes no tienen que ser groseros.
Mi recomendación sería que fuera una atención exigente, de educación y amabilidad.
Y la mayoria de las veces cuando uno marca para solicitar información. No están las encargadas de las areas
Y cuando lo haces personalmente te hacen esperar horas y o te dicen que vuelvas otro día

What is not pleasant about going to that school is the arrogance and bad treatment of the majority of the administrative personnel. To be demanding you don't have to be rude.
My recommendation would be that it be a demanding attention, of education and kindness.
And most of the time when you dial to request information. They are not in charge of the areas
And when you do it personally they make you wait hours and or they tell you to come back another day
