★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima institución con un personal interno sumamente incompetente!!! tiene muchos problemas para presentar exámenes en linea en las cedes o plazas comunitarias las cuales tardan meses en resolver el problema y no agilizan los tramites, tardaron 1 año en entregar un certificado de secundaria a mi primo por el cambio constante de coordiandores que tienen en ese lugar, quieren terminar con el rezago educativo...
pero no pueden acabar con el rezago de su ineptitud!!!
ahhh y lo peor es que la coordinadora actual llamada Gisela, no atiende las llamadas o sugerencias que se les quiere pasar
Esa dependencia requiere un cambio de personal desde la cabeza hasta los pies urgentemente!!!
Terrible institution with extremely incompetent internal staff !!! It has many problems to present exams online in the community centers or squares which take months to solve the problem and do not speed up the procedures, it took 1 year to deliver a high school certificate to my cousin due to the constant change of coordinators they have in that Instead, they want to end the educational lag ...
but they cannot put an end to their ineptitude!
ahhh and the worst thing is that the current coordinator called Gisela, does not answer the calls or suggestions that they want to pass
This dependency requires a change of personnel from head to toe urgently !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ahí dice 9 a 3 y terminan de atender a las 2, hace uno cita y no atienden porque tienen que salir... Entonces no se porque lo en en hora!!!!
Terrible service there says 9 to 3 and they finish attending at 2, they make an appointment and they do not attend because they have to leave ... So I don't know why I do it on time !!!!
