★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice la solicitud de instalación, me tomaron mis datos y jamás le dieron seguimiento, llamé 4 veces para dar seguimiento y me daban fechas más largas cada vez. Nunca vinieron a instalar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate en enero de este año (2021) y las cosas aparentemente funcionaron bien durante ese mes... falló un par de veces, pero nada de que alarmarse, después en febrero volvió a fallar pero ya mas seguido, 2 o 3 veces por semana, muy fluctuante... y ahora en marzo, de plano tenia que estar apagando equipos para que funcione al menos 1, y de manera intermitente... llamé a soporte y nunca me respondían, y la vez que me respondieron me dijeron: "llamadas como la tuya recibimos mas de 100 al día y me colgaron el teléfono" una decepción total, la verdad no vale la pena lo que se cobra de instalación... pésimo servicio y pésima atención al cliente, no lo recomiendo.
