Las personas afuera esperando sin sentido pq no va a llegar el personal a atender. They gave us an appointment for today and the police at the entrance says that they will not attend until further notice. People outside waiting without sense because the staff will not arrive to attend.

Se toman el tiempo necesario para explicarte en detalle todos los requisitos para obtener la pensión de la tercera edad. Analizan y resuelven acertadamente los problemas derivados de la entrega de documentos de cada solicitante. Puedo decir sin temor a equivocarme que son muy solidarios con los solicitantes de está pensión, cuestión muy necesaria en estos tiempos de pandemia. Excellent attention from all employees. Hay muchas personas ahí en el lugar sin realizar ninguna actividad, y son personas ya muy grandes en su mayoría que van a pedir servicio, deberían eficientar la atención ya que como repito muchas personas no hacen nada y ni aún así atienden a los dultos!! Difficult access for older adults! There are many people there in the place without doing any activity, and they are already very old people for the most part who are going to request service, they should make the service more efficient since, as I repeat, many people do not do anything and even then they do not attend to the adults !!
