★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan las llamadas, no se para que son tan estrictos para realizar trámites. Llegas a la oficina con los requisitos y no te atiendes que tiene que ser por cita. Marcas al número para obtener cita y nunca contestan y descuelgan el teléfono. Muy mal
They never answer calls, I don't know why they are so strict when it comes to paperwork. You arrive at the office with the requirements and you do not attend that it has to be by appointment. You dial the number to get an appointment and they never answer and pick up the phone. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para reposición de la credencial, usando es robada, solo dan 40 fichas tienes que madrugar y con este frío, pésimo servicio,gracias a nuestros impuestos el. Personal tienen un sueldo y no atienden, no tienen ética laboral , profesional, el teléfono nunca lo contestan tiene 10 meses que me robaron la cartera y la credencial
