Se trata de personas de la tercera edad, algunos vienen de lejos, y formarse desde las 5 o 6 de la mañana, se me hace muy injusto. La mañana estuvo helada. Creo que, si saben que se junta mucha gente, deberían atender solo con cita, para que las personas no tengan que formarse por tanto tiempo. Solamente se otorgan 60 fichas por día, por lo qué hay que llegar desde muy temprano para alcanzar ficha; Regularmente desde las 6:00 am empiezan a llegar las personas para formarse!!! Las fichas se reparten pasadas las 8:00 y asignan horarios de atención para las fichas; ejemplo: Ficha 1 - 10 de 8:30 a 9:30 Ficha 11 - 20 de 9:30 a 10:30 Ficha 21 -30 de 10:30 a 11:30 Ficha 31 - 40 de 11:30 a 12:30 Y así sucesivamente En mi experiencia el personal es muy amable, comprensible, servicial, cooperador y atento. Mi mamá que era la interesada y no puede caminar mucho; no fue necesario bajarla del Auto!!! Yo pude hacer todo el trámite sin problemas, pero si es importante que vaya el interesado porque debe firmar y poner huella en la credencial!!! La señorita fue hasta el auto para que mi mamá pudiera firmar y poner su huella El trámite es muy rápido 15 - 20 min por mucho y sales con credencial en mano!!! Justo a lado hay una papelería que saca copias, enmica y toma fotos urgentes de acuerdo a los requisitos, está abierta desde las 7:00hrs Les doy 4 estrellas porque creo que les hace falta algún módulo de información o algún portal de internet en donde puedas aclarar todas tus dudas A mi me tocó dar dos vueltas por no tener la información correcta pero en términos generales el servicio es muy bueno!!! Hay que irse a formar un día antes y pasar la noche a la intemperie expuestos gente de la tercera edad al vandalismo, la inclemencia del tiempo y la exposición a un contagio en plena pandemia y todo por obtener una credencial. Es inaudito. It is inhuman and humiliating to what they expose to obtain a social benefit that is their right. La gente comienza a formarse desde las 6:00 de la mañana o un poco antes. A las ocho de la mañana reparten fichas y entran las primeras veinte. A las 9:30 dejan pasar a las otras 20 (21-40). Para finalizar a las 11:00 dejan pasar las últimas 20 (41-60). Puedes esperar en la calle o irte a desayunar o hacer otra cosa en lo que te toca tu hora de pasar, según tu número de ficha. El trámite para recibir tu credencial Inapam, tarda una hora aproximadamente, desde que entras hasta que te la entregan. Solo puede pasar la persona que va a tramitar su credencial, si requiere ayuda, adentro le proporcionan apoyo. Las fotos tienen que ser sin brillo (en papel mate) Friendly and agile attention.
