★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, NUNCA contestan el teléfono y dan informes equivocados , es una vergüenza que este sea el tipo de atención que reciben los adultos mayores que ya no tienen ni la salud ni la energía para dar vueltas y hacer trámites.
Terrible service, they NEVER answer the phone and give wrong reports, it is a shame that this is the type of care that older adults receive who no longer have the health or the energy to walk around and do paperwork.
