EL 14 DE ENERO DEL 2021 ACUDÍ A LAS OFICINAS Y ESTABA CERRADO, UN JOVEN QUE SE ENCONTRABA EN LA PUERTA ME DIJO QUE LLAMARA A LOS TELÉFONOS QUE SE ENCONTRABAN EN UNA MANTA AFUERA, PARA QUE SE ME INFORMARA SOBRE LOS HORARIOS DE TENCIÓN, SIN EMBARGO, DESDE ESA FECHA NO ME CONTESTA EN NINGUNO DE LOS REFERIDOS TELÉFONOS.
 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF. ON JANUARY 14, 2021, I GO TO THE OFFICES AND IT WAS CLOSED, A YOUNG MAN WHO WAS AT THE DOOR TOLD ME TO CALL THE TELEPHONES THAT WERE IN AN OUTSIDE BLANKET, SO THAT I WOULD BE INFORMED ABOUT THE HOURS OF HOLDING, HOWEVER , SINCE THAT DATE, YOU DO NOT ANSWER ME ON ANY OF THE REFERRED PHONES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, el personal que nos atendió fue muy grosero cuando mi mamá fue a recoger su credencial, le dieron una fecha para recogerla y al final no la dejaron entrar ni le brindaron ninguna información o solución sobre su credencial.
Terrible attention, the staff that attended us was very rude when my mom went to pick up her credential, they gave her a date to pick it up and in the end they did not let her in or give her any information or solution about her credential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. ¿Cómo es posible que sólo acepten gente de Toluca que se quiere afiliar y rechacen a los de los municipios vecinos? No estamos en la época donde no existían las bases de datos y las computadoras
Bad service. How is it possible that they only accept people from Toluca who want to join and reject those from neighboring municipalities? We are not in the time where databases and computers did not exist
