★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal geniudo el que atiende, te dice que solo reparte fichas de 7 a 7:15 am y solo para 60 personas, se niegan a atender a mas personas, muy mal servicio de la nueva 4T, cuanta gente necesita el servicio para solo atender ese minimo? y ademas se enoja y le falta el respeto a toda persona que insiste, saquenlo de ahi.. El telefono que para llamar ya no existe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos 6:00am y fuimos el segundo en la fila. A las 7:00am ya había 20 personas formadas. A las 7:20am repartieron las fichas. Ya para las 9:00am ya salimos con la credencial en la mano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es inhumano y completamente lamentable el trato que les dan a las personas de la 3ra, se les olvida el trato humano y digno que deben merecer.
El citarlos de 5 am a 6 am para que a las 7 am les den una triste ficha y ver si corren con suerte que les atiendan con una mala actitud como si les estuvieran haciendo el gran favor.
Pues de que se trata, se les olvida a que sector de la población atienden ojalá la alcalfia, gobierno central y federal pongan más atención.

Es inexplicable que den 60 fichas a las 7 de la mañana en vez de atender como llegan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario de la oficina del INAPAM de Legaria 373, Miguel Hidalgo, es de 8am a 3pm. PERO si usted quiere alcanzar ficha para ser atendido tiene que llegar desde las 6am. El promedio de atención es de 5 (CINCO) personas cada media hora así que si usted llegó a las 6am será atendido hasta las 8am. Si tuvo la suerte de tener una de las últimas fichas TENDRÁ que esperar AL MENOS 2:30 horas. Esta espera DE PIE y a la INTEMPERIE la tenemos que aguantar gente de la tercera edad. POR FAVOR, SE NECESITA MEJORAR ESTE SERVICIO URGENTEMENTE!!!
INAPAM office hours at Legaria 373, Miguel Hidalgo, are from 8am to 3pm. BUT if you want to get a file to be attended you have to arrive from 6am. The average service is 5 (FIVE) people every half hour so if you arrived at 6am you will be served until 8am. If you were lucky enough to have one of the last chips you WILL have to wait AT LEAST 2:30 hours. We have to put up with this STANDING wait and the OUTDOORS, elderly people. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS SERVICE URGENTLY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregan solamente de 30 a 40 "fichas" a las 7.15 a.m. para ser atendidos a partir de las 8.30 a.m. Dejan entrar a 5 personas cada 40 minutos. El servicio es muy lento. Dan informes por menos de 5 minutos cada 40 minutos. No hay servicios sanitarios disponibles para los usuarios (que todos tienen más de 60 años) a pesar de que la jornada de espera es muy larga. Los usuarios esperan de pie en la calle, hasta que les corresponde ser atendidos. Si se requieren copias, fotografías y servicios de internet, cerca de la puerta, en la calle se coloca un puesto con estos servicios a partir de las 8.30 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, despues que en diciembre no habia servicio por falta de sistema, fui el dia de hoy, llegue a las 11;45 AM, el policia que esta a la entrada que no deja pasar a nadie, informo que solo es con ficha, que se dan de las 7 a 7:30 de la mañana, le comente que donde estaba a fila, quedaban dos personas, llevaba todos mis papeles que requieren, y le dije, me espero y volvio a recalcar, solo con ficha, y de allí no lo sacas, solo con ficha. Para mi es una desgracia lo que hacen con este servicio, que antes lo atendian a uno en el momento que fuera, sin cita ni ficha. Eran dos horas para que cerraran y tenian solo dos personas en la fila, ¿por que hacen esto de indicar que solo con ficha a un horario exactamente y tener a la gente formada desde esa hora? ¿que puede hacer el ciudadano para que los servidores publicos den la atención adecuada?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supongo que la chica que califica el servicio como muy bueno (Adela Reyes), es hija de alguno de los que trabajan ahí, porque la realidad es otra.
El servicio es pésimo, no hay nadie que te atienda, el policía nunca sabe nada, la única persona que está no te da información y siempre esta de malas, te dice que solo te va a atender por medio de fichas, mismas que da únicamente a las 7 de la mañana y solo unas cuantas, pero no te asegura que te atienda, porque su jornada termina a la 1. En la fila había personas que llevaban 3 días intentando ser atendidos, así como personas de avanzada edad que estaban esperando desde las 7 am. A algunas personas que llevaban 3 días intentando les dijeron que no había sistema y que no sabían en cuanto tiempo iba a restablecerse porque sus equipos son viejos.
Aquí dice que abre a las 08:30 am lo cual es mentira; eran 09:30 de la mañana y la reja seguía cerrada, solo pasan los que tienen ficha y en bloques de 5. En las líneas telefónicas nadie te responde.
Entiendo que estamos en pandemia, pero eso no quiere decir que el servicio deba ser ineficiente en todos los sentidos.
Si tienen que hacer el trámite de INAPAM, vayan desde las 6 de la mañana a formarse para ver si tienen suerte y les toca una ficha o mejor esperen hasta enero, a ver si la gente que trabaja ahí y nos hace el favor de atendernos, tienen ganas de dar un mejor servicio.
