★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, no llegó el envío cuando dijeron, tuve que ir a ver porque no llegó y me decían que no había salido de la ciudad todavía y que yo hablará para preguntar, cuando llamé me dijeron que ellos tenían que llamar, no me dieron respuesta. Yo tuve que hacer varias llamadas hasta que localice el envío. Y cuándo ya me iba llegó una señora molesta porque no le llegó el envío a su casa y ya tenía dos días de retraso y el tipo que nos atendió lo hizo de mala manera. Muy mal servicio, me decepcionó.
Very bad attention, the shipment did not arrive when they said, I had to go see why it did not arrive and they told me that I had not left the city yet and that I will speak to ask, when I called they told me that they had to call, they did not give me answer. I had to make several calls until I found the shipment. And when I was leaving, an annoyed lady arrived because the shipment did not arrive at her house and she was already two days late and the guy who attended us did it in a bad way. Very bad service, I was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre envío los paquetes por inbox llegan en tiempo ...y el personal es atento un día lleve una caja de un abanico y unas camisas me dijeron ...póngalas dentro de la caja ...para que no pague de más eran 3 . Y me dieron alternativas ...eso es un plus ...de atencion
I always send the packages by inbox, they arrive on time ... and the staff is attentive one day I took a box from a fan and some shirts they told me ... put them inside the box ... so you don't pay too much there were 3 . And they gave me alternatives ... that's a plus ... of attention
