★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me parece que el personal que atiende ese banco no esta bien capacitado para atender a los clientes... en mi caso fue por la tramitacion, entrega y activacion de una tarjeta de credito. me orientaron mal para el proceso de entrega y al momento de entregarla y activarla se tardo 40 minutos. y eso que el ejecutivo tuvo que llamar por telefono a alguien para que le ayudara que sino pierdo toda la tarde ahi. (atencion muy lenta y poco eficiente)
It seems to me that the staff that attends that bank is not well trained to serve customers ... in my case it was due to the processing, delivery and activation of a credit card. They misguided me for the delivery process and it took 40 minutes to deliver and activate it. And that the executive had to call someone to help him, otherwise he lost the whole afternoon there. (very slow and inefficient attention)
