★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy amable, de eso no me puedo quejar, pero tremendamente ineficiente si lo que quieres es transladar tu hipoteca a ese banco. Eso sí no paran de enviarte publicidad sobre sus múltiples y maravillosos productos financieros. ¡ Uffff!
The attention is very kind, I cannot complain about that, but it is tremendously inefficient if what you want is to transfer your mortgage to that bank. Of course, they do not stop sending you advertising about their many wonderful financial products. Uffff!
