Ni se les ocurra contratar aquí seguro de auto...nos chocaron el 20 de noviembre al día siguiente acudimos al taller formas y colores que no tiene capacidad de recibir autos..que ellos nos llamaban hoy 16 de diciembre todavía no nos llaman acudimos al taller y nos dicen que a lo mejor el prox año..deberían de ser más empáticos con las necesidades de los clientes ...último año de pagar el mal servicio.
Terrible service. Do not even think about hiring auto insurance here ... they hit us on November 20 the next day we went to the shapes and colors workshop that does not have the capacity to receive cars ... they called us today December 16 they still do not call us we go to the workshop and tell us that maybe next year ... they should be more empathic with the needs of customers ... last year of paying for bad service.
