Fui a tramitar una tarjeta de crédito, me levantaron la solicitud y me pidieron específicamente mi comprobante de servicio de teléfono, se lo mandé por correo a la persona que me atendió y nunca recibí respuesta. Al día siguiente fui a entregárselo en físico, ni siquiera se había tomado la molestia de ver mi correo y eso que le había marcado por la mañana. Me urge una respuesta ante mi solicitud pero creo que al día de hoy aún no mete ni la solicitud.
The attention leaves much to be desired. I went to process a credit card, they lifted my application and they asked me specifically for my telephone service voucher, I sent it by mail to the person who answered me and I never received a response.
