★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité un reintegro por descuentos indebidos por parte de esta aseguradora y el servicio ha sido totalmente deficiente, la solicitud la hice desde el 17 de junio, el trámite me lo recibió una persona de nombre Gabriel Cadena, de inicio muy amable, pero actualmente, no contesta ni llamadas ni mensajes; le he marcado infinidad de veces y le he enviado múltiples mensajes y nada. Por otra parte, un familiar tuvo necesidad de una operación hace poco y la aseguradora no otorgo ninguna prestación por el evento. Les recomiendo antes de contratar con ellos, revisar perfectamente los servicios ofrecidos, condiciones y costos y en todo caso, contrastar con otras empresas de seguros.
I requested a refund for undue discounts from this insurer and the service has been totally deficient, the request was made from June 17, the process was received by a person named Gabriel Cadena, very friendly, but currently, no answer neither calls nor messages; I have marked him countless times and sent him multiple messages and nothing. On the other hand, a relative recently needed an operation and the insurer did not grant any benefits for the event. I recommend before hiring with them, perfectly review the services offered, conditions and costs and in any case, contrast with other insurance companies.
