★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para aperturar cuentas tardas una hora con ejecutivo y todavia tienes que hacer fila para depositar y aguantar actitudes despotas de cajeras como Karla Gachuz, una lástima que no cuiden a sus clientes.
Terrible service to open accounts takes an hour with an executive and you still have to queue to deposit and put up with despotic attitudes of cashiers like Karla Gachuz, a shame they don't take care of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mejor sucursal bancaria, el estacionamiento es gratuito si uno usa el estacionamiento superior, entre el banco y los restaurantes. Casi nunca hay gente y los cajeros son formales, educados y eficientes.
The best bank branch, parking is free if one uses the upper parking lot, between the bank and the restaurants. There are hardly ever people and the cashiers are formal, polite and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la cajera, no me dejó cobrar la pensión de mi suegro a pesar de que venían todos mis datos en el cheque con la excusa de que no venía escrito "endoso a propiedad de" cuando siempre lo he cobrado solo con las firmas de mi suegro y mis datos que corroboran con mi INE, ahora tengo que buscar otro banco y perder más tiempo
Terrible service from the cashier, he did not let me collect my father-in-law's pension even though all my data came in the check with the excuse that it was not written "endorsement of property of" when I have always collected it only with the signatures of my father-in-law and my data that they corroborate with my INE, now I have to look for another bank and waste more time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal va de mal en peor. La persona que apertura cuentas bancarias tiene escasos conocimientos y tardó 2 horas. La persona que sí sabe está tan agobiado que cometió el error de no abrirle la cuenta a mí mamá argumentando que sus datos del INE estaban mal. Falso! O mejoran la atención en la sucursal o la quitan y nos devuelvan la de Walmart.
The branch is going from bad to worse. The person who opens bank accounts has little knowledge and took 2 hours. The person who does know is so overwhelmed that he made the mistake of not opening my mother's account, arguing that his INE data was wrong. False! Either they improve the service at the branch or they take it away and give us back Walmart.
