Inbursa ha sido mi banco desde hace 4 o más años, y ahora con la pandemia esperaba su apoyo mediante un crédito, yo jamás le he quedado mal con los pagos y ahora me dieron la espalda, saldando mis cuentas con ellos me cambiare de banco.

Muy mal servicio y falta de criterio en pago de un cheque por variación de firma, cómo si el cheque fuera por una cantidad fuerte apenas si era por $2500, mejor lo pude cobrar en otra sucursal sin problema alguno de verdad que mal servicio

Pésimo servicio, 3 y media horas para recibir atención y solo había 3 personas antes de mi, los ejecutivos, la gerente, los cajeros, todos sumamente lentos, la gente se harta y sale de la sucursal echando pestes, terrible que existan sucursales de banco que tengan tan mal servicio empezando por la gerente. No puede ser que les importe tan poco el tiempo de la gente, de verdad el peor banco al que he ido.

PÉSIMO BANCO!! Mala decisión al abrir cuenta en este banco, me sacaron de la tarjeta casi cien mil pesos a un mes de haber aperturado y solo retiré en caja y en el cajero de esa sucursal (por eso de las clonaciones) y por si fuera poco en la tarjeta de crédito que te ofrecen también me hicieron fraude con dos mil pesos y fracción, nunca avisan movimientos para que uno no se dé cuenta, lo mínimo de espera para que te puedan atender es un promedio de dos horas y media, muy mal su banco y sumamente arrepentida, la peor experiencia.
LOUD BANK !! Pésima atención, los ejecutivos, empezando por la gerente mal atención, súper lentos, no es posible que viendo la sucursal llenísima la gerente no haga nada para atender a los clientes o tomar la iniciativa para agilizar los trámites, aclaraciones o lo que sea que fueran a realizar. Es increíble que al terminar de atender a cada cliente se tomaran un tiempo para cotorrear entre ellos (pude notar esto porque estuve 3hrs esperando mi "turno" cuando se suponía que era la 3era en la lista). La gente se salía muy molesta, la sucursal llena tanto para aclaraciones como para ventanilla, el calor insoportable y de 5 ejecutivos únicamente atendían 3 para tantos clientes esperando solución a su problema. Sugiero eviten ir a esta sucursal y en caso de ser extremadamente necesario, lleven de 3 a 4 hrs, en verdad que me sentí peor que en el seguro social.

Pésimo servicio, nunca pudieron resolver mi problema con mi Afore, siempre me decían que la culpa la tenía Coppel, el personal no está capacitado adecuadamente, son inoperantes, tuve que ir hasta la sucursal de Av. Universidad para que me pudieran resolver el problema de mi Afore, en esta sucursal en un solo día me dieron solución.
Terrible service, they could never solve my problem with my Afore, they always told me that it was Coppel's fault, the staff is not properly trained, they are inoperative, I had to go to the Av.
