Les falta capacitación y sobre todo que les enseñen a dar soluciones en lugar de ponerte pretextos.
No recomiendo en lo absoluto crear cuenta con ellos y mucho menos pasar su afore.
Super slow and zero customer service staff prepared.
They lack training and above all they teach them to give solutions instead of putting on excuses.
I do not recommend at all to create an account with them and much less spend their afore.
