Los clientes se tuvieron que quejar para que respeten su propio sistema. Una verdadera pena, dado que era la sucursal más decente de esta ciudad. Esta realmente hermosa está edificación. El banco cuenta con seguridad pública dentro y fuera del inmueble, áreas públicas limpias, personal amable y capacitado. No me percaté si tiene estacionamiento. I love how they take so seriously to take care of and keep maintaining the bank as if it were in the time of the mansions. This really beautiful is building. Al personal se le observa comiendo durante sus labores y al momento de atender al público. Lo único bueno es su ubicación y el edificio tan bello que ocupan. Me parece que sus servicios financieros ya están en decadencia. Solo sigo yendo por la necesidad de cambiar mi Afore a otra administradora. Terrible service and attention, especially in the Afores area, they serve a client every half hour. Nobody gives reason for anything and all their processes are very slow. Staff are observed eating during their work and when serving the public. The only good thing is its location and the beautiful building they occupy. It seems to me that your financial services are already in decline. I just keep going because of the need to change my Afore to another administrator.

El servicio fue bueno aunque un poco lento. Su estacionamiento es amplio y está en la parte trasera del banco pero para ir del estacionamiento al banco te encuentras con unos jardines muy bonitos y los edificios muy bien conservados. Más que un banco parece un museo. Muy bien por eso The building is amazing and doesn't look like a normal bank. The architecture and furniture corresponding to the time are maintained. Se encuentra bien conservada y su jardín es hermoso. Imposible no admirarla mientras se camina por el Paseo Montejo. The building where the branch is located is an early 20th century mansion built during the henequen (green gold) boom era. It is well preserved and its garden is beautiful.
