For sep procedures only give a schedule from 9 to 11 and you can not do any paperwork at another branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La promotora del SNTE es un asco trabaje ahí en 2 ocasiones y siempre te quedan mal con los pagos, a los maestros no les cumplen y jamás te dejan cancelar, es de lo peor.
The promoter of the SNTE is disgusting to work there on 2 occasions and you always have bad payments, the teachers do not comply and never let you cancel, it is the worst.

In this building they provide training to Inbursa staff, but if you are looking for the bank go to the 3rd floor (little crowded place)

En la sucursal pedregal una vieja me dijo que no podían darme la tarjeta por que el mínimo de edad era 30(tengo 27 años) mintió diciendo que por pandemia cambiaron los requisitos(en su página no dice eso). A pesar de cumplir con ingresos requeridos y todos los demás requisitos fue pésimo el trato. En su teléfono de atención a clientes y en otra sucursal me confirmaron que el requisito de edad era tener entre 18-65 años.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I applied for a credit card and I WAS DISCRIMINATED. At the Pedregal branch an old woman told me that they couldn't give me the card because the minimum age was 30 (I'm 27 years old) she lied saying that due to a pandemic they changed the requirements (it doesn't say that on her page). Despite meeting the required income and all the other requirements, the treatment was terrible. On their customer service phone and at another branch they confirmed that the age requirement was between 18-65 years old.
