Por si fuera poco no brindan información y entorpecen el servicio. No lo recomiendo para nada. Lousy treatment of the clientele, from the security guard who treats as a high-risk criminal to the manager who looks at you contemptuously. As if that were not enough, they do not provide information and hinder the service. I do not recommend it at all.

Estuve más de una hora sentada esperando por información acerca de un crédito. El guardia fue muy amable desde el principio y me anotó en una libreta, sin embargo conforme iban llegando otras personas las atendían y a los que fuimos por información nos dejaban esperando. Me fastidié y me retiré. El tiempo es un recurso muy valioso, no se vale que nos lo roben, (puesto que me llegó una carta de Sears, con la notificación de que podía acceder a un crédito con ustedes) Espero tomen esto en cuenta Joamma Canul Palma Just to comment on the lousy service of the Plaza Royal branch here in Merida. I sat for more than an hour waiting for information about a credit.
