★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención, el día que yo fui llegue 8:30 habia tres personas formadas para pasar a caja eran 9:10 y todavia no las atendian, el ejecutivo de apertura de cuentas estaba platicando con sus compañeros de trabajo, super lento yo lo estaba esperando cuando me tocaba a mi paso a uno de sus conocidos antes que a mi cuando por min me todo despues de esperar 50 minutos y cabe reclacar que solo habia una persona antes de mi me dijo que no me podia ayudar con mi tramite obviamente sali furiosa como es posible que te hagan esperar tato y lo peor por que no te preguntan en la entrrada por el tramite que vas a realizar como en otros bancos si no me podian ayudar ahi simlemente con que alguien en la entrada me dijera era mas que suficiente por que hacerme esperar tanto tiempo no se paren ahi la gente que atiende es super ineficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los ejecutivos pasan primero a sus conocidos no respetan la fila para pasar a cajas debes esperar 40 minutos y no son para preguntar que tramite vas a realizar despues de que esperas mas de una hora te dicen que no te ayudan pesimo servicio iba a aperturar una cuenta y a cambiar mi afore ni loco con ese servicio me voy a otro banco LA FALTA DE ETICA AL PASAR A CONOCIDOS ANTES QUE RESPETAR LOS TURNOS NO ME DA CONFIANZA DEJAR AHI MI DINERO QUE CLASE DE PERSONAS TRABAJAN AHI PESIMO
