★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a realizar el mismo tramite dos veces en dos días diferentes, ya que vivo bastante lejos. Me toco que me atendiera la misma mujer, pero solo decía pretextos, incluso preguntó a alguien mas de como hacer el tramite, la verdad no tengo problema con eso, pero pienso que no quería hacerlo ya que no sabia, tenia que viajar así que termine haciendo el mismo tramite en otro municipio y con los mismos documentos que entregaba en esta sucursal, me atendieron muy rápido y el problema se resolvió en alrededor de media hora. Igual la mujer que me atendió aquí no era del todo amable, parecía que no le gustaba su trabajo, deterioran la imagen del banco, ni ganas de volver a esta sucursal.
 Terrible service, I went to carry out the same procedure twice on two different days, since I live quite far away. I had to have the same woman attend to me, but she only said excuses, she even asked someone else how to do the process, the truth is I have no problem with that, but I think she didn't want to do it since she didn't know, she had to travel so I finished doing the same procedure in another municipality and with the same documents that I delivered in this branch, they attended me very quickly and the problem was resolved in about half an hour. Likewise, the woman who attended me here was not at all friendly, it seemed that she did not like her job, they deteriorate the image of the bank, nor did she want to return to this branch.
