La presente información la hago de su conocimiento a fin de hacer constar , la falta de profesionalismo , indiferencia y falta de atención de la Srita Zaira Jocelyn Maldonado Muñoz , responsable de la Sucursal A en el modulo Plaza Américas , en Boca del Rio , Ver.
Toda ves que desde el pasado mes de Agosto del año en curso le entregamos una Carta Pre-Autorizada que me emite Sears , tienda departamental de la cual soy titular y clienta desde hace mas de doce años , a fin de poder tramitar una Tarjeta de Crédito con ciertos beneficios por ser cliente distinguido de la tienda departamental antes citada , mi peor error fue haberle entregado dicha misiva a la “ Ejecutiva “ antes citada , pues nunca atendió mis requerimientos y mucho menos tubo la gentileza de hacer una simple llamada , como ella lo ofreció en múltiples solicitudes , simplemente lo que deseaba conocer era el status de la Solicitud de T. C. firmada y requisitada con todo lo necesario e indicado por dicha “ Ejecutiva “ .
Al día de hoy exhibió nuevamente su Falta de Profesionalismo , Indiferencia , falta de atención y respeto a mi persona , pues tuve que volver hablar para “ yo “ para conocer el avance de la multicitada Solicitud , tomándome nuevamente el “ pelo “ como coloquialmente se dice .
Por lo antes expuesto Solicito que Cancelen dicho tramite y , recomendarles que cuando envíen algún tipo de promoción , la cumplan e instruyan a su personal y sobre todo sensibilizarlo de que están para dar un servicio y que prediquen con el ejemplo del Grupo Carso .

Good afternoon :
I present this information to you in order to state, the lack of professionalism, indifference and lack of attention of Ms. Zaira Jocelyn Maldonado Muñoz, responsible for Branch A in the Plaza Americas module, in Boca del Rio, Ver.
Every time, since last August of the current year, we delivered a Pre-Authorized Letter issued by Sears, a department store of which I am the owner and customer for more than twelve years, in order to process a Credit Card With certain benefits for being a distinguished customer of the aforementioned department store, my worst mistake was to have delivered this letter to the “Executive” mentioned above, because he never met my requirements and much less had the kindness of making a simple call, as she did offered in multiple applications, simply what I wanted to know was the status of the CT Request signed and required with everything necessary and indicated by said "Executive."
To this day he exhibited again his Lack of Professionalism, Indifference, lack of attention and respect for my person, because I had to speak again for “I” to know the progress of the multicited Application, taking again the “hair” as colloquially said .
For the foregoing I request that you cancel said procedure and, recommend that when you send some type of promotion, they comply with and instruct their staff and, above all, make them aware that they are there to provide a service and that they preach with the example of the Carso Group.
