★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensé que era un buen banco o al menos que tenían seriedad con el cliente, la triste realidad es que la sucursal de sams club es una de las más desepcionantes que he visto ya que no dan la información correcta y los ejecutivos de venta solo se la pasan platicando entre ellos y párese que no toman las cosas enserio, pensé que era una buena opción pero no.
Y atención al cliente por teléfono están igual o peor.
Me han llamado muchas veses preguntando por una persona que no tiene nada 1ue ver con migo y cuando les llame para informar de ese problema me dijeron que no era asunto de eloos por que alguien dio mi número a pesar de que les explique y les aclare que no tenia nada que ver no dejan de molestarme por teléfono.
No entiendo como es que para solicitar un crédito con ellos es muy complicado y no verifican su información de sus propios clientes.
I thought it was a good bank or at least they were serious with the client, the sad reality is that the branch of sams club is one of the most disappointing that I have seen since they do not give the correct information and the sales executives only give it to them. They go talking to each other and stop they don't take things seriously, I thought it was a good option but no.
And customer service over the phone is the same or worse.
I have been called many times asking for a person who has nothing to do with me and when I called them to report that problem they told me that it was not a matter of eloos because someone gave my number even though I explained and clarified that I had nothing to do they do not stop bothering me on the phone.
I do not understand how it is very difficult to apply for a credit with them and they do not verify their customer information.
