Casi 3 meses para conseguir una pieza de mi auto y no se toman la molestia de llamarte para dar seguimiento a tu caso, aunque en repetidas ocasiones quedaron en llamarme. Todo mal. Si pueden eviten ir a ese lugar. Doy una estrella porque no puedo dar menos. Terrible service and poor customer service. En mi caso particular dictaminó como pérdida total mi vehículo, me lo repararon en mi taller de confianza. Lo más recomendable es negociar directamente con la aseguradora en cualquier sucursal de sus bancos, evitando también las largas esperas para la entrega de los vehículos y la pésima calidad en los trabajos. It is better to ask for estimates in independent workshops before visiting this workshop, because the owner, or person in charge of it, seems an honest person, but it may not be. Cómo es que la aseguradora puede seguir trabajando con este taller? Y mas aún recomendarlo?
