★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! Una hora para consultar el retiro de mi Afore y nada (fue hace unos meses este suceso) y al final nada! Está bien que tomen precauciones, pero mejor no se comprometan a cosas que no van a cumplir. Me arrepiento de haber pasado mi Afore a este banco: llegan "promociones" y beneficios a su app y nunca sirve! Desde julio no puedo entrar y consultar. Me debí quedar en Azteca, al menos su app funciona al 100%.
Appalling! One hour to check the withdrawal of my Afore and nothing (this event was a few months ago) and in the end nothing! It is okay to take precautions, but better not commit to things that are not going to comply. I regret having passed my Afore to this bank: "promotions" and benefits come to your app and it never works! Since July I cannot enter and consult. I should have stayed at Azteca, at least their app works 100%.
