★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a caja para que me cambiarán un billete roto y alegan que no puede hacer ese servicio, me dijeron que había un comunicado el cual no estaba a la vista y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos según lo iban a imprimir para que lo viera y mejor me retire , pésimo servicio ,cuando me retire la persona que me dijo que me mostraría el comunicado hasta hizo una carcajada , no quisieron hacer algo tan simple aún cuando les mostré que Banxico dice que toda institución debe hacer el cambio de dichos billetes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pasa últimamente con el cajero automático ubicado en Walmart desde hace dos semanas está fuera de servicio, específicamente al ir en la mañana, entre 7 y 9 am por que no puedo ir a otra hora, jamás sirve al igual que el cajero del banco Inbursa que está en Perisur.
Qué acaso no les gusta madrugar a esas máquinas.
No retiro ni pago con tarjeta en las cajas de Walmart porque las cajeras en ocasiones me han llegado hasta robar el dinero o negar el servicio o poner peros a la tarjeta.
Cómo es posible que en plena pandemia me hagan ir diario a ver si alguien se le da la gana arreglar ese aparato. pude haber ido solamente una vez en estas épocas tan peligrosas pero llevo dos semanas yendo diario.
Y cuando llega a servir, eso ya hace mucho tiempo, no me da la cantidad que necesito si no la que se le da la gana al aparato siempre está poniendo límites locos y diferentes a las cantidades.
Obvio alguien está muy cansado y le pesa irle a poner dinero y/o a repararlo.
Acaso solamente es un adorno?
