Fui a tramitar una tarjeta y tuve que dar 3 vueltas para su activación ya que ellos nunca se dignaron a explicar el procedimiento y no proporcionaron nip cuando debieron hacerlo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la primer vez que llegue a esta sucursal y lo primero que revise fueron las reseñas. Todas concluían que el gerente de este lugar era una persona muy antipática y el día de hoy tuve que realizar una apertura de cuenta y resulta cierran a las 5:00pm y yo llegue a las 3:30 y resulta que el gerente se va a comer y no nos atiende y regresa media hora antes de que cierre y dice que ya no va a recibir porque era un trámite muy largo y no brinda soluciones.
La verdad que poco profesional de este tipo que no quiere hacer su trabajo que otras chicas adentro lo hacen mejor y son más capaces ya que gracias a una cajera muy amable nos ayudó a qué el trámite tuviera alguna otra pauta. Sin embargo, ella no es la indicada en el trámite.
Si pueden no vengan a esta sucursal vayan a otro lado. Esta sucursal es terrible.

If you can, don't come to this branch, go elsewhere. This branch is terrible.
