Las chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y tomaban nota de todo lo que necesitábamos, no tuvimos ningún faltante y las bebidas estaban deliciosas, especialmente la cerveza de mantequilla. Tiene opciones de bebidas con alcohol o sin alcohol en caso de necesitarlo y cabe destacar que siempre preguntan para corroborar. La hamburguesa que probó una de mis acompañantes estaba sabrosa, al igual que la opción de taquitos en el menú; así mismo, los postres estaban muy ricos sin llegar a ser empalagosos. Aceptan pagos con tarjeta y quizá sugeriría llegar temprano, puesto que es bastante popular y se llena enseguida. Por el precio de los alimentos esperaba otra cosa, porque es algo caro y no va acorde con su calidad. Le sumo que el personal no tiene buena organización y las mesas son incómodas al menos las que están al aire libre. Si quieres una buena foto es buen lugar. La atención en todo momento es de 10, vale la pena visitarlo. La comida está rica, aunque puede mejorar el sabor para llevarte un mejor posgusto. La variedad de bebidas es extraordinaria y las recomiendo bastante. Se empeñan en hacer que sientas que estás bebiendo algo mágico. Aunado a eso, el servicio también se enfoca en que vivas una experiencia mágica, ya que se involucran hasta en el momento de entregar los platillos y explicarte cosas o hacer la dinámica de la hamburguesa oráculo, cuando al entregártela te leen el futuro según el color del pan. Que los meseros estén caracterizados de elfos domésticos es un gran plus. El espacio tiene muy buena decoración, salvo algunos detalles que podrían cuidar mejor. Los precios son accesibles, las opciones del menú suenan maravillosas, aunque el sabor no lo es tanto. La decoración deja mucho que desear hay cosas muy hermosas pero en su mayoría no son sobresalientes.
