★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre con ellos, ha sido una obra con contratiempos, entiendo ajenos a ellos. Sin embargo la constructora es grande, seria y se que va a cumplir. Ojalá se apuraran un poco. Por ubicación, acabados y amenidades tiene la mejor relación costo beneficio. Vivir sobre circuito interior, es una gran ventaja que se ve reflejada en tiempo. La cancelaría bloquea muy bien el ruido del exterior que es muy importante. Espacios súper luminosos y bien diseñados. Se que tendrá enorme plusvalía en cuanto la obra esté terminada, como inversión a mediano o largo tiempo es muy buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ven muy bonitos los acabados y el plan de amenidades (cine, snack bar, gym, sala de yoga, roof gardens, ludoteca y zona asadores), los depas son muy cómodos. Muy amables, pero parecieran un poco desordenados.
Consideren actualizar el avance de obra de 65% desde hace 3 años en su página y subir más detalles de la obra.
El tiradero de basura ya lo estan moviendo a otra zona de vallejo por parte del ayuntamiento.
No compren aqui si tienen prisa, pésimo servicio postventa.
Update: actualizaron la página con los avances de obra a 95%. No hay valet parking, los cajones son compartidos algunos entre 3, los carriles de estacionamiento son super pequeños, las bodegas no tienen techos, muy malos acabados ahi. Todavía no se puede usar más de la mitad de las amenidades, y aun no estan cobrando cuotas de mantto porque siguen habiendo trabajos en edificio.
The finishes and the amenities plan (cinema, snack bar, gym, yoga room, roof gardens, playroom and grill area) look very nice, the apartments are very comfortable. Very friendly, but seem a bit messy.
Please consider updating the 65% construction progress from 3 years ago on your page and uploading more details of the construction.
The garbage dump is already being moved to another Vallejo area by the council.
Do not buy here if you are in a hurry, lousy after-sales service.
Update: they updated the page with the progress of the work to 95%. There is no valet parking, the parking spaces are shared by 3, the parking lanes are super small, the warehouses do not have ceilings, very poor finishes there. You still can't use more than half of the amenities, and they are still not charging maintenance fees because there is still work in the building.
