★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, SE SOLICITO COTIZACION DESDE EL DIA VIERNES 9 DE JULIO Y NO TIENEN RESPUESTA PORQUE AUN NO SE LO PASAN AL AREA DE FABRICA, ANTERIORMENTE HABIA PEDIDO OTRA COTIZACION Y MISMO CASO, SE LLEVAN DE 5 DIAS PARA DARME EL PRECIO DE ALGUN PRODUCTO.
PESIMO SERVICE, I REQUESTED A QUOTE FROM FRIDAY, JULY 9 AND THEY HAVE NO ANSWER BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT STILL PASSED IT TO THE FACTORY AREA, I HAD REQUESTED ANOTHER QUOTE BEFORE AND THE SAME CASE, IT TAKES 5 DAYS TO GIVE ME THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con un gran repertorio de herramientas y materiales para planta externa interna, cableado estructurado, entre otros, amplias instalaciones y te apoyan en buscar opciones de lo que buscas, manejan marcas económicas y marcas muy buenas e igual de precio, están bien ubicados y servicio rápido y eficiente,al menos ahorita en cuarentena su local está cerrado, sin embargo, aún así atienden, puedes hacer tu compra/pedido por internet e ir a recogerlo nadamás.ñ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda tiene buena ubicación ya que está súper cerca del metro (estación Iztacalco). Para entrar hay que tocar el timbre y esperar a que den acceso pues la puerta de vidrio no abre sola, tiene seguro. Ahora que seguimos en pandemia, cuentan con todas las medidas de precaución como el tapete en la entrada y gel antibacterial. También usan cubrebocas mientras atienden y como cliente igualmente se pide portarlo en todo momento ?
Las instalaciones son cómodas ya que además de las vitrinas con productos de exhibición, tienen un área con sillas, una pantalla y café para esperar mientras se entrega el producto.
Como su nombre lo indica, venden todo respecto a telecomunicaciones: fibra óptica, cierres de empalme, empalmadoras, herramientas y hasta algunos accesorios para la compu como mouse, USB, cables y así.
Algo adicional es que en la tienda tienen una pantalla tipo tablet con acceso a su página donde se pueden consultar precios actualizados de los productos e incluso las fichas técnicas, creo que eso es un buen detalle y útil si no sabes bien qué elegir entre todas las opciones.

As the name implies, they sell everything related to telecommunications: fiber optics, splices, splicers, tools and even some computer accessories such as mice, USB, cables and so on.
Something additional is that the store has a tablet-type screen with access to its page where you can check updated prices of the products and even the technical sheets, I think that is a good detail and useful if you are not sure what to choose among all the options.
