Hector Morfin es un fraude, te deja la obra a la mitad, no le paga a sua trabajadores y lo dejan y le roban, te dice que entrega en una fecha y no cumpld, pero eso ai siemore te esta pidiendo efectivo poe los trabajos, los pocos que acaba son de muy mala calidad, te dice que usa un material de ceirta calidad y usa otro del mas economico. Es un Fraude no lo contraten jamás estoy viendo como demandarlo legalmente, ademas de Profeco y boletinarlo en CANIRAC, COLEGIO DE ARQUITRCTOS ...
