★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMO este lugar. La calidad de sus ingredientes es notable sobre cualquier otro lugar de hamburguesas. Además cada mes tienen una colaboración especial.
Mi favorita es la burger con trozos de tocino y otra con flor de calabaza. Tienen cerveza artesanal top y el Spot con murales y toque neón es súper ideal para fotos en redes.
El personal, amable y te explican ingredientes y chelas sin mala cara.
 I love this place. The quality of their ingredients is remarkable above any other burger joint. Also every month they have a special collaboration.
My favorite is the burger with pieces of bacon and another with pumpkin flower. They have top craft beer and the Spot with murals and a neon touch is super ideal for photos on social networks.
The staff, friendly and explain ingredients and chelas without a face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, me encantó, conservan las ofertas de hamburguesas "raras" de su antecesor Cencerro y pocas cervezas artesanales, pero bien elegidas. El lugar es muy íntimo, ambiente muy relajado y tranquilo ideal para tener una buena primera cita o ir en pareja. La oferta gastronómica es buenísima, los jalapeños con tocino, la hamburguesa con suadero, el humus; a pesar de ser un poco limitada la carta, no queda a deber nada, muy buena música, excelente atención, se preocupan mucho por qué pases un rato muy agradable. Recomiendo el mezcal de espadín, ya que lo acompañan con tomate verde, único lugar donde lo he probado y es realmente buenísimo, a pesar de estar un poco escondido, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent place, I loved it, they keep the "rare" burger offerings from their predecessor Cowbell and few craft beers, but well chosen. The place is very intimate, very relaxed and quiet, ideal to have a good first date or go as a couple. The gastronomic offer is very good, the jalapeños with bacon, the hamburger with suadero, the hummus; Despite being a bit limited in the menu, there is nothing left to owe, very good music, excellent service, they care a lot about you having a very pleasant time. I recommend espadín mezcal, since it is accompanied with green tomato, the only place where I have tried it and it is really great, despite being a bit hidden, I highly recommend it.

Variedad muy original, desde la básica o tradicional, hasta la de top sirlon rellena de requesón, pasando por una de suadero y hasta con flor de calabaza.
Para el caso de indomita, la carne tiene un sabor suave , no tan intenso, tiende a mojarse mucho el pan por el jugo de la carne y de los pimientos.

En mi caso, la cerveza no estaba tan fría

Buena atención, amables y atentos
Limpieza/medidas sanitarias:
Podría ser mejor, a la llegada no me ofrecieron gel antibacterial ni tomaron temperatura, tampoco desinfectaron la mesa, pero si colocaron un nuevo servicio de salsas.
Los baños con mal olor y ya un poco sucios por la tarde.
Precio:
Costo promedio aprox de $150 por hamburguesa y $100 para cerveza
Burgers:
Very original variety, from the basic or traditional, to the top sirlon stuffed with cottage cheese, through a suadero and even with pumpkin flower.
In the case of indomita, the meat has a mild flavor, not so intense, the bread tends to get very wet due to the juice of the meat and the peppers.
Drink:
In my case, the beer was not that cold
Service:
Good service, friendly and attentive
Cleaning/sanitary measures:
It could be better, on arrival they did not offer me antibacterial gel or take my temperature, nor did they disinfect the table, but they did place a new sauce service.
The bathrooms with a bad smell and already a little dirty in the afternoon.
Price:
Average cost approx $150 for hamburger and $100 for beer

Everything is very tasty!
I was impressed with the variety of Appetizers and Burgers, which are very innovative and super original.
If you are from Germany and you miss the traditional Wurst, the Sauerkraut and more, then Indómita is the perfect place for you.
