Michael O’Keeffe
Michael O’Keeffe joined Indra in 2014 with a significant background in global technology, business and change management. As an SVP at Sutherland Global Services and EVP at TNS, Michael served in senior consulting roles working with the likes of Microsoft, P&G, Staples, Office Max/Depot and others. Throughout the early 2000s, Michael held a variety of increasingly senior roles with Sun Microsystems where he established and managed the company’s most successful Six Sigma program in Support Services and was responsible for strategy and operations in the Global Business Services unit. Earlier he led teams at GE Capital. Locally, he has served as a senior consultant with ESG and Red Idea Partners, as a partner at Social Venture Partners and as a Board Member of Seth Ellis Chocolatier. Michael is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has earned degrees in law, economics and political science from the Universities of London, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Vassar College

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo me lleve una de las peores experiencias laborales en esta empresa, recomiendo mucho preguntar durante la entrevista los horarios laborales y que te los confirmen en el contrato que firmaras ya que no tienen incoveniente ni tacto para hacerte trabajar mas de 12 horas al dia durante 5 dias a la semana ademas de que te siguen requiriendo para juntas en tus dias de descanso, por cierto no te pagan estas horas extra si te contratan directamente. Lamentablemente tambien tuve varios inconvenientes con mi lider de proyecto ya que en varias ocasiones se dirigio a mi de una manera altanera y grosera, decepcionatemente nunca se disculpo por esta actitud. En resumen solo te recomiendo trabajar en esta empresa si es una de tus ultimas opciones y consigues una muuuy buena paga de otra manera quedate en tu trabajo actual o busca otras opciones.
I had one of the worst work experiences in this company, I highly recommend asking during the interview the working hours and that they confirm them in the contract that you will sign since they have no inconvenience or tact to make you work more than 12 hours a day for 5 days a week besides that they continue to require you for meetings on your days off, by the way they do not pay you these extra hours if they hire you directly. Unfortunately, I also had several problems with my project leader since on several occasions he addressed me in a haughty and rude way, disappointingly he never apologized for this attitude. In summary, I only recommend working in this company if it is one of your last options and you get a very good pay, otherwise stay in your current job or look for other options.
