★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de ventas, empezando por tener que esperar 10 minutos para que me pasen la llamada a ventas y la primer mujer que me atendió no sabe dar el servicio de forma amable y como yo no supe explicar las medidas de bloc que necesito (el albañil me dio las medidas) me dejo hablando solo y ella se puso a platicar con alguien más y yo en línea volví a llamar y ya me pasaron a otra mujer de ventas estuvo mejor la atención pero pedí un millar (buen precio) pero que la unidad solo lleva 1400 piezas entonces tendría que pedir todo eso (seguía estando bien el costo) pero la entrega tiene un costo de $1350 pesos más IVA y no estoy ni a 4km del la empresa, deberían de poner que no hacen venta minorista y deberían de grabar las llamadas de su personal porque hay unas que hacen pésimo su trabajo
