★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento el servocio, tengo 30 minutos y el numero de servicio a clientes no avanza solo una persona atiende a clientes y hay dos personas sin genye en escritorios pero ellos no pueden apoyarme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, de verdad hay muy mal personal en esa sucursal; es normal tardarse en los trámites pero en esta sucursal la atención es muy mala y el "ejecutivo" de cuentas tarda una eternidad en atender
Terrible customer service, there really are very bad staff at that branch; it is normal to take time in the procedures but in this branch the attention is very bad and the "executive" of accounts takes an eternity to attend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, muy tardado, dan preferencia a ciertas personas, gente hablando por celular dentro de la sucursal. La persona que se encarga de abrir las cuentas es una diva, te atiende cuando quiere y de mala manera.
Very bad attention, very late, they give preference to certain people, people talking on cell phones inside the branch. The person who is responsible for opening accounts is a diva, he attends you whenever he wants and in a bad way.

.......el día de hoy llegue y solo había 2 personas ya en ventanilla y llegarán después de mi unas 6 personas más..... y pasaron a 4 de ellas antes de mi..... una verdadera burla.....
