★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la atención, el compromiso y las soluciones de esta empresa, tardo más de 2 meses para que pudieran reparar un refrigerador, cada vez salían más y más gastos, sin mencionar que el equipo presentó a la semana el mismo problema por el que fue enviado originalmente, lo rayaron, perdieron una tapa, para jamás regresar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion al publico, llevo mas de 15 dias queriendo comprar una refaccion para mi horno, por telefono me dicen que van a ayudarme, que les envíe un correo y al final nunca lo contestan.
Tuve que hacer un arreglo provisorio en el horno y esta inseguro para mi personal, por mas que les explico no me apoyan con una simple pieza.
tengan en cuenta esto antes de comprar algo de esta marca.
