★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar su proceso de venta. Es defisiente, engorroso e incluso para su personal estresante. Lo que lleva a den un mal servicio al cliente.
Ejemplo.
1. No hay señalizaciones de las áreas.
2. No hay señalizaciones de que producto tienen en existencia.
3. Despues de pagar debes registrar tu pago (nunca habia visto esto).
4. Debes ir a otro lugar a recoger tu mercancia.
5. Al tregarte la mercancia te informan que solo pagaste cierta cantidad, es decir; no la que solicitaste. Y por ende debes hacer todo el proceso nuevamente.
6. Al entregarte la mercancia, te pueden informar que no tienen en existencia el producto que ya pagaste...
Mejoren su proceso...
