★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar mala atención con sus vendedores principalmente de Raymundo María y francisco Morales , se les solicito una devolución por error de ellos y aun q no entregaron la factura ya no quieren devolver todo el pago .. y resulta que sus vendedores no saben quien es el gerente comercial o el gerente de ventas para dar solución , es escudan entre ellos nada recomendado. Pésimo lugar
Terrible place bad attention with their sellers mainly Raymundo María and francisco Morales, they were asked for a return by mistake and even if they did not deliver the invoice they do not want to return all the payment .. and it turns out that their sellers do not know who the commercial manager or the sales manager to give solution, there is nothing recommended between them. Lousy place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es grato tener exponer y mas por este conducto la falta de profecionalismo de partre de esta empresa que se representa por su vendedor en Guadalajara Luis Rodriguez, consumi en dos ocaciones valvulas y un motor hidraulico el cual resulto con daño parcial con pruebas (video) me indicaron que todo estaba bien y tuvieron la gracia de cobrarme envio y prueba, al reinstalar motor resulto con mismo daño, lo repare ( le envie video de prueba del daño)con un taller en Guadalajara (muy profecional) en tres dias termine mi trabajo es lamentable exponer asi de esta forma pero no encuentro alguien de la empresa que intente resarcir el daño si alguien sabe de alguien del area gerencial se lo agradecia mucho
It is not pleasant to have to expose and more through this channel the lack of professionalism on the part of this company that is represented by its seller in Guadalajara Luis Rodriguez, consumed on two occasions valves and a hydraulic motor which resulted with partial damage with tests (video) They told me that everything was fine and they had the grace to charge me for shipping and testing, when reinstalling the engine it resulted in the same damage, I repaired it (I sent you a video to test the damage) with a workshop in Guadalajara (very professional) in three days I finished my work It is unfortunate to expose like this in this way but I cannot find someone from the company who tries to compensate the damage if someone knows of someone from the management area I really appreciate it
