★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tecnicamente muy confiables, tienen una sola tarifa para la reparacion del equipo no importa cual sea la falla, lo que me parece muy mal es la actitud y atencion al cliente, muy negativos y poco amables te tratan sin cortesia ademas no hay opciones de pago, tienes que regresar con la ficha de deposito del banco para que te acepten el equipo, no recibern cheques, tarjetas ni efectivo, un detalle muy negativo y molesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las reparaciones a los equipos nobreak les asignan una tarifa fija, sin importar la falla, algo que me resulta excelente. Sin embargo, en un equipo que lleve a garantía fue muy difícil convencer al técnico que recibe los equipos de la falla y que lo recibiera; la actitud de ese personal debe mejorar mucho.
