★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jajaja su servicio es un chiste, acabo de hablarles a Servicio y me contesto una persona que solo decía "aja" "si" para todo lo que le preguntaba, no explicaba ni nada, pareciera que alguien ajeno a ISB entro y contesto por ellos...
 Hahaha your service is a joke, I just spoke to Service and I answered a person who only said "aja" "yes" for everything I asked, did not explain anything, it seems that someone outside ISB entered and answered for them. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había llevado un regulador el año pasado a servicio. Me volvió a presentar una falla en el portafusible, lo revisaron y repararon en forma expedita. No me cobraron un solo quinto. Excelente servicio y atención!
He had brought a regulator to service last year. I returned to present a fault in the fuse holder, reviewed and repaired in an expedited manner. They didn't charge me a single fifth. Excellent service and attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo el servicio pos venta, porque para reparaciones o cambio de baterias tienes enviarlo solo a 8 sucursales........segun tan grandes, solo venden para usar y tirar y volver a comprar, pesimo, de nada sirve la calidad pues solo dura un año y es el 3er equipo de varios que compramos....pesimo servicio post venta, les recuerdo que muchos de los negocios de consumo grandes se basan en las refacciones y no el el producto nuevo....
The after-sales service is very bad, because for repairs or battery changes you have to send it only to 8 branches ........ according to how big, they only sell to use and throw away and buy again, bad, quality is useless because It only lasts a year and it is the 3rd equipment of several that we buy .... terrible after sales service, I remind you that many of the large consumer businesses are based on spare parts and not the new product ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA COMO CLIENTE! Desde la entrada a la planta los guardias que te atienden son de lo más prepotentes, arrogantes y hasta absurdos con sus políticas (pareciera que te hacen el favor de atenderte). Sus tiempos de reparación son ETERNOS (tres semanas para reparar un No-Break es ridículo). De verdad acudir a ISB para que le den servicio a un equipo es un ASCO y un FASTIDIO en toda la extensión de la palabra. Tan desagradable ha sido para mí soportar el trato del personal de seguridad de ISB que hasta estoy pensando cambiarme a otra marca de reguladores y de no-breaks (Tripp Lite p. Ej.)
AWESOME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! From the entrance to the plant, the guards who serve you are the most arrogant, arrogant and even absurd with their policies (it seems that they are doing you the favor of serving you). Their repair times are ETERNAL (three weeks to repair a No-Break is ridiculous). Truly going to ISB to service a team is disgusting and a NUISANCE in every sense of the word. It has been so unpleasant for me to endure the treatment of ISB security personnel that I am even thinking of switching to another brand of regulators and no-breaks (Tripp Lite for example).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, llevé a reparación un regulador de línea blanca. Revisaron el equipo y me lo pudieron entregar media hora después. Además el chico que me atendió tuvo la amabilidad de regalarme un fusible de repuesto y una bolsa de la marca. Y después de varios meses sigue funcionando a la perfección.
