★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta, es rápidos y amables, llegar temprano o ir con cita ayuda mucho. PERO SUS TELEFONOS QUE TE DAN PARA PREGUNTAR SIEMPRE ESTAN OCUPADOS O NUNCAN RESPONDEN. (En mi caso preguntar si mi credencial esta lista, para no perder un día de trabajo)
 I like, he is fast and friendly, arriving early or going by appointment helps a lot. BUT THEIR TELEPHONES THAT THEY GIVE YOU TO ASK ARE ALWAYS BUSY OR NEVER ANSWER. (In my case, ask if my credential is ready, so as not to lose a day of work)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización de las personas que atienden, cuando hay mucha gente sirve de poco o nada hacer cita, dejan pasar más rápido a personas sin cita sin razón aparente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es buena y son amables, sin embargo, yo realicé cita y esperé 1 hora para ser atendida. Quizá la logística no es la adecuada, ya que personas sin cita avanzaron mucho mas rápido que los que si contábamos con cita.
The attention of the staff is good and they are friendly, however, I made an appointment and waited 1 hour to be seen. Perhaps the logistics are not adequate, since people without an appointment moved much faster than those who did have an appointment.
