★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay un tipo que al entrar a hacerle simple preguntas te comfronta. Te abliga a estar de pie y si tomas un asiento te dice que no puedes estar sentado.
There is a guy who when you enter to ask simple questions confronts you. It forces you to stand and if you take a seat it tells you that you cannot be seated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, primero no hay citas para recoger INE pero si no acudes cuando te indican olvídalo no tienes ya manera de recibir tu INE porque debe ser con cita
Terrible service, first there are no appointments to pick up INE but if you do not come when they tell you, forget it, you no longer have a way to receive your INE because it must be by appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecto servicio cuando yo fui hace 2 años, sin embargo el día de hoy fueron muy exigentes de una forma muy absurda.
Mi familiar fue a sacar su INE y llevó como identificación su certificado de primaria, pero se lo rechazaron. ¡De acuerdo a su portal no debe de pasar 10 años de su expedición! y apenas cumplió la mayoría de edad, ¿Qué no saben hacer cuentas?
Perfect service when I went 2 years ago, however today they were very demanding in a very absurd way.
My relative went to get his INE and took his primary school certificate as identification, but it was rejected. According to its portal, it should not be 10 years after its expedition! and he barely reached the age of majority, what do they not know how to do the math?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos,fui x mi tramite iba embarazada y aun asi el policia me hizo formar apesar de que le comente que tenia cita, despues para ir a recogerla tambien querian que me formara aunque tuviera cita porque eso si te dicen que sin cita no la puedes ir a recoger entonces no entiendo para que te la agendan, almenos esta vez si me paso rapido el policia aunque el personal de adentro fue grosero. Deberian quitar su poster de afuera donde dice que hay prioridad para gente embarazada o con discapacidad xk no lo hay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que te recibe los papales en la entrada es muy grosera y la que hace el trámite igual entiendo que pudieran estar algo cansadas pero trabajo todos tenemos así que no pésimo servicio.
The person who receives the papers at the entrance is very rude and the one who does the process the same I understand that they could be a bit tired but we all have work so not terrible service.

As they have high demand to attend and they don't even have people. They send you to dial the phone that they don't answer. Terrible attention and information.
