Very busy and small place but very friendly staff. Recommended to go by appointment and thus avoid waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió la buena atención y agilidad de los trámites, normalmente la burocracia es demasiada en este tipo de dependencias, pero aquí atienden bien, rápido y ordenado. Al menos con cita todo muy bien. Tardan 10 dias aprox. en entregar, creo que esa área se puede mejorar mucho.
I was surprised by the good attention and agility of the procedures, normally the bureaucracy is too much in this type of dependency, but here they serve well, fast and orderly. At least by appointment all very well. They take 10 days approx. in delivering, I think that area can be improved a lot.

The attention is good and fast but only by appointment since the number of files / appointments that can be attended per day has been reduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te atienden bien cule¥**** como si nos les pagaran nunka te atienden por telefono mejor qitenlo se pasan la ley de transpariencia no se por donde na da q ver con otroa módulos que eh visitado nada q ver con otros estados ah bueno para no regalar la estrella diokis lo uniko q puedo decir q con la cita yege y me pasaron rapido jejejej ya seria el colmo me espere mes y medio bueno ya me voy a la gaver
They take good care of you cule¥**** as if they paid us they never take care of you by phone better qitenlo they pass the transparency law I don't know where it has nothing to do with other modules that I have visited nothing to do with other states oh good for not giving away the star diokis the only thing I can say is that with the yege appointment and they passed me quickly hehehehe it would be the last straw I waited a month and a half well I'm going to the gaver
