Solo que los papeles originales que te piden para el trámite, ni los escanean, solo los ven y casi ni los toman en cuenta.
Hay personas que no cuentan con sus Actas originales y es complicado el día de hoy tramitar una, por que hay personas que no son de este estado.
A mi pareja no lo pudieron atender por llevar una copia del acta, al momento de pasar a mi, solo me agarraron los papeles y los hicieron a un lado.
Entiendo que es un requisito pero deberían de ser un poco empáticos con la gente que tiene ese tipo de problemas.

Except that the original papers that they ask for the process, they don't even scan them, they only see them and they hardly take them into account.
There are people who do not have their original Acts and it is difficult today to process one, because there are people who are not from this state.
They could not attend to my partner because they had a copy of the record, when they passed me, they only grabbed the papers and put them aside.
I understand that it is a requirement but they should be a bit empathetic with people who have such problems.
