★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponen muchas trabas para el trámite. Llevas un documento de estado de cuenta de predial y como no se ha pagado no lo aceptan como comprobante de domicilio aunque traigas tu escritura. Es estúpidamente más válido traer dos supuestos testigos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debido al terremoto del 7 septiembre 2021 cerraron la sucursal y en ningún lado dicen donde se pueden recoger las credenciales. En el teléfono nunca contestan y en INEtel dicen que el sistema les marca abierto que ellos no pueden hacer nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quería sacar mi cita la plataforma no funcionó, así que acudí sin la cita previa fue muy tardado el proceso para renovar mi INE. después cuando acudí a recogerla en la fecha acordada me dicen que no a llegado, así que me dan un teléfono para llamar al siguiente día y nunca me contestaron.
