★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberian de contestar el telefono y dar la respuesta a nuestra pregunta y asi evitar que se les junte gente cuando ustedes pueden atender cierto asunto por telefono ?No creen que agilizarian mas su trabajo y la atencion seria un poco mejor?
They should answer the phone and give the answer to our question and thus prevent people from gathering when you can attend to a certain matter by phone. Don't you think that they would speed up your work more and the attention would be a little better?
