★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con cita te atienden a la hora que se les de la gana por que son muy lentos en los procesos así que vengan con tiempo 2 horas antes de su cita que eso es lo que tardan en atender.
 By appointment they attend you at any time they want because they are very slow in the processes so come with time 2 hours before your appointment that is how long it takes to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a la hora de la cita y no hice fila por mucho tiempo para entrar ya que van formando a las personas según la hora de su cita. El trámite fue relativamente rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable pero me parece pésimo el Servicio ya que No respetan el horario de las citas.
Se retrasa por que a los que llegan sin cita los forman en la misma fila.
Atienden conforme van llegando.
Yo tarde más de dos horas a pesar de tener cita.
The staff is friendly but I find the Service terrible since they do not respect the schedule of appointments.
It is delayed because those who arrive without an appointment are formed in the same line.
They attend as they arrive.
I took more than two hours despite having an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve como hora y media haciendo fila afuera, y luego otra media hora esperando sentado. Al menos una vez que reciben tus papeles te atienden de manera rápida y cortés. Pero se nota les falta mucho personal para la cantidad de citas que agendan.
I was like an hour and a half queuing outside, and then another half hour waiting sitting down. At least once they receive your paperwork they serve you quickly and courteously. But it shows that they lack a lot of staff for the number of appointments they schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, tal vez fue porque fui entre semana en la mañana pero no tenía cita y me pudieron atender, tarde menos de media hora para solicitar una nueva INE, porque me la habían robado y todos fueron muy amables.
Excellent service, maybe it was because I went during the week in the morning but I didn't have an appointment and they were able to assist me, it took less than half an hour to request a new INE, because they had stolen it from me and everyone was very kind.
